Pajama Tuesdays
On Mondays, we do grocery shopping. On Wednesdays, we go to the library. And on Tuesdays, we wear pajamas. My children know this now. If we happen to have something scheduled on a Tuesday, they gasp and say, "But Mom, that means you have to get dressed!" We didn't always do things this way. Books and Things: October-December 2018
Even though I haven't been updating here, I did manage to fit in several books over the past few months. Here's what I've been reading lately. Crazy Rich Asians by Kevin Kwan. So here it is! I had read one of Liane Moriarty's books before (this one), and while I liked the writing style, I wasn't … [Read more...]

We've settled into a bit more of a routine, and in between job hunting (finally found one!) and school planning, I still had time for some entertainment. Here's what caught my eye in August. Books The Fates Divide by Veronica Roth. I read the ebook on my phone through my library app. I enjoyed continuing the story with Akos and Cyra from Carve the Mark, but I felt like this book dragged a little bit in terms of how much actually happened plot wise. There was a point that I was very … [Read more...]
